If you are a teenager in need of a dress for homecoming, prom, or any other special event we can help! The Prom Shop Project™ distributes gowns twice a year during Homecoming and Prom season. During both seasons you can set an appointment to shop for you very own dress!
The Prom Shop Project™ will open its doors again during Spring Prom Season 2008. Due to space limitations, and to ensure that every girl receives a dress, only girls who email ahead to confirm their participation will be given the chance to shop on the designated day. Additionally, only one parent or guardian will be able to accompany her.
Please note the 3 following requirements prior to submitting your reservation
Qualifying Requirement 1 of 3
You must be a Junior or Senior to shop during the first Prom Shop™ date at designated shop locations, which are announced each year in February. All Freshman and Sophomores are welcome to join in on the fun if your space is reserved in time for the second Prom Shop™ date of the season at your designated location.
Qualifying Requirement 2 of 3
You must be on the free and reduced lunch program at school in order to be approved to receive a dress at the Prom Shop™. You will have to bring a copy of your lunch program documentation, along with a copy of your student ID to shop on any of the Prom Shop™ dates.
Qualifying Requirement 3 of 3
All students will be allowed to bring ONE parent or guardian to the event. Please note that your guest will have to wait in the designated guest areas, and will not be allowed to shop with you.
